Privacy Policy

Avaye Hamrahe Hooshmande Hezardastan (“Bazaar”, “we” or “us”) understands that security and privacy are important issues for users of mobile applications. The following Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets forth Bazaar's privacy practices regarding its collection, use and sharing of the information that Bazaar collect via your use of Bazaar’s site or mobile application (“the App.”).

Before you use the App. and/or submit any information on or through the App., please carefully review this Policy along with our Terms of Use and any other documents refer to within this Policy to understand how we will collect and utilize your information and your choices about this information. By using any part of the App., you consent to our use of such information as described in this Policy.

1-  Changes to this Policy

We will continue to assess this Policy as we change our offerings or as new regulations come into place, and we may make changes to this Policy.  Any changes will be posted here and you should check this page on occasion for updates. We will notify you of any material change to this Policy in cases the notification is required by law. Your continued use of the Services will signify acceptance of the terms of an updated Policy.

2- External Sites

The App. may contain links to other sites and/or mobile applications that are owned and operated by third parties. Cafe Bazaar is not responsible for the collection or use of information about you at any third-party sites or apps. If you choose to click on a link to one of these third-party sites or apps, you should review the privacy policy posted on the other site or app to understand how they collect and use your information.

3- Collection of information

3-1- Information we collect automatically

We may, upon you installing the App., automatically collect information about your device and your use of the App., including but not limited to

3-1-1-  your operating system and your device type;

3-1-2-  your device ID and android advertising ID;

  • The android advertising ID is only used for advertising and user analytics and is not connected to personally-identifiable information. If you reset your android advertising ID, the new one would not be connected to previous android advertising ID or data derived from that. 

3-1-3- your searches and the relevant results;

3-1-4- the installed apps;

3-1-5- the contents you view on our App;

3-1-6- the amount of time spent on particular contents;

3-1-7- your Internet protocol (“IP”) address, the  type of web browser you are using and browser language, the dates and times you access our App, crash reports, and other similar information.

3-1-8- we may use cookies to assist in collecting the information. A cookie is a small string of text that a website can send to your browser which helps the website remember and customize your visit. For example, cookies allow us to tailor the content or offers we display to you, in order to better match your interests and preferences. With most Internet browsers or other software, you can erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block or disable cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to your browser instructions to learn more about these functions (e.g., Internet Explorer; Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; or Apple Safari). 

 

3-2- Information collected directly from you

The information you provide to us (upon creating an account) may include but is not limited to your

3-2-1- email address, cell phone number or other contact information; password associated with your account; other information you provide us with, for example, to create an account on the App.;

3-2-2-  your reviews;

3-2-3- apps or products you buy on the App. and related monetary information;

3-2-4- your voice or correspondences with our call center.

 

If you do not want us to collect your information, you need to delete your account and/or uninstall the App and we will stop doing so. If you delete your account or reject to provide us with some information, you may not be able to take advantage of many of the App and site's features.

4- Use of Information

4-1- We may use your information to perform our obligations under any contract with you (for example, to comply with the terms of use). Some other uses are as follows: 

4-1-1- To measure our performance and for auditing and troubleshooting purposes

4-1-2- To keep our Site and Application efficient, safe and secure;

4-1-3- To provide you with all the features and functions of App.; 

4-1-4- For internal research, statistical and user behaviour analytics;

4-1-5- To provide a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience while using our App;

4-1-6- To enable your access to your related search history;

4-1-7- To complete a transaction or service requested by you; 

4-1-8- To notify you about a material change to this privacy policy or the Terms of Use, if required by law and also service updates; 

4-1-9- To make recommendations to you about apps based on your searches and announced priorities;

 4-1-10-  To train call center staff;

4-1-11- To comply with a judicial proceeding or court order; or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved, to protect and defend the rights or property of Bazaar or the users of the App;

4-1-12-  To make any repayments to users;

4-1-13- To communicate with users directly;

4-1-14- To enable our partners and affiliates to render better services relating to our services.

4-2- We may also use information on an aggregated and anonymous basis. Anonymized and/or aggregated data are not considered personal data and may be used for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing. We may also share such data with any third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners, sponsors, event promoters, and/or others.

5- Information Sharing

5-1- Bazaar may share your information if required or permitted to do so by law to protect and defend the rights or property of Bazaar or the users of App,; to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order; or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

5-2- We may share your information with our affiliates or partners who we have a business relationship with, to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy.

6- Security

6-1- We have taken steps to protect information we collect about you. Some of them are as follows:

6-1-1- We use encryption such as SLL to protect your data while in transit;

6-1-2- For signing in/up to your account, we send an OTP (one-time password) to cell phone number or Email address you provided us with,

6-1-3- All information associated with your bank account are not collected or stored by Bazaar. Payment gateways may collect and store the information as specified in their privacy policies.

6-2- Unfortunately, no safeguards or processes can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, if you have an account with us, you should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your account by, among other things, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess and keeping your username and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

7- Your requests

Under certain circumstances, you may submit following requests about your information:

7-1- Access to your information collected by Bazaar,

7-2- Completing incomplete or correcting false information collected by Bazaar,

7-3- In case you request deleting or erasing personal information, Bazaar will process your request and delete your information provided that applicable law permits. You will be informed on this in proper ways.

7-4- Declaring your disagreement about collecting, saving, processing and distributing personal information wherever applicable law requires your permission; in this case, Bazaar will consider your request in ways that law permits and inform you in proper ways. As mentioned before, not  having access to some information, Bazaar may terminate rendering services wholly or partially.

8- Conditions for your requests 

8-1- You may send your requests to support@cafebazaar.ir,

8-2- Your will not be charged for any requests,

8-3- Upon receiving your request, Bazaar may ask you to provide identity documents to gain confidence in your right to request.

8-4- Bazaar will reply to your request within a month at maximum unless it’s complicated or plurality of requests requires a longer review. In this case, Bazaar will inform you in a proper way.
