With Kasra Avid, managers can define the authorized workplaces for registering the attendances of each personnel on the map, and the personnel can register the attendance in these workplaces by using the mobile application and according to their location.

If you are an employee

With Kasra Avid, you can see the workplaces marked for you on the map and register the attendance with your mobile GPS on. Also, if you do not have internet access, you can register your attendance offline and send it to the internet at the first time of access. If for any reason you are not able to register attendance, you can submit a request for registration of forgotten attendance, which will be considered as attendance for you with the approval of your manager. You can also view your registered attendance reports on a monthly or daily basis and complete any incomplete attendnace reports.
